Add as much or as little chilli as you want, depending on how spicy you'd like it. You can also substitute the lime juice for lemon juice and the shallots for spring onions, or even a a 1/4 of a regular onions.

Recipe Ingredients for Guilt-Free Guacamole

1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
0.25 oz Chilli
1 dash Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 fruit (2" dia) Limes

Recipe Directions for Guilt-Free Guacamole

Hull your avocado and place in blender with the rest of the ingredients. Add lime juice to taste.if you don't have a blender, just finely chop everything.
