Incredibly moist and indulgent muffin! You won't believe that you are not cheating big time!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Guilt free Chocolate Muffins

1 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup oat flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Guilt free Chocolate Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put paper liners into 8 muffin tin cups and spray with non stick cooking spray.

  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk together next 6 ingredients in a seperate bowl then combine with wet ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Fill lined muffin tins and bake for 20-22 minutes. You may sprinkle with powdered sugar but they are fantastic as is either warm and gooey from the oven or cooled.
