Recipe Ingredients for Guilt Free Cheesecake

4 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/2 container Greek Yogurt
1 scoop 100% Whey Gold Standard
1 packet Stevia
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup bran flakes

Recipe Directions for Guilt Free Cheesecake

  1. Blend cream cheese and yogurt in container, then add protein powder.

  2. add stevia and mix well.

  3. Crush bran flakes over top of mixture and sprinkle cinnamon on top

  4. eat as desired
