3/4 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
1 whole-wheat tortilla
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
2 ounces turkey breast, diced
2 slices tomato
2 leaves lettuce

Recipe Directions for Guilt-Free BLT

  1. 1. Smear the mayo on the tortilla

  2. 2. Line the middle of the tortilla with the bacon and top with turkey breast, tomato, and lettuce

  3. 3. Roll it tight into a tube
