Recipe Ingredients for Guava Pudding

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 medium fresh Guava
0.25 cup, halves Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Guava Pudding

Blend the fruit till smooth. Remove guava seeds using a tea sieve. Add protein powder just before serving; alternatively, allow it to sit for an hour or so and it will develop a custard-like consistency.
