Guacamole doesn't have to be bad for you. Used in moderation, its a great replacement for salad dressing or use instead of mayo on burgers. I also find that when I use guacamole, its easy to pass on the cheese!

Recipe Ingredients for Guacomole

1 medium Hass Avocado
1.5 medium raw Tomato Roma
0.4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 cloves Garlic
1 lime yields Lime Juice
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Guacomole

  1. Chop all your veggies

  2. Toss with lime juice and salt

  3. (I like my guacamole chunky. If you like it creamier, you can mash your avocados before combining, or even toss all the ingredients in a food processor)
