it seems like a lot of calories, but each serving is about 1/4 pound :-)

Recipe Ingredients for Guacomole

2 avocados
1 medium tomato, diced
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped fine
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Guacomole

  1. Peel and seed avocado and put into a bowl. The easiest way to do that is to cut it in half, remove the seed and then spoon out. Smash the avocado until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

  2. Serve. Sometimes I sprinkle paprika on top, which adds color and vitamin A.
