Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole Salad

454 grams Grape Tomatoes
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
15 oz Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.25 cup Lime Juice
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados

Recipe Directions for Guacamole Salad

Combine halved grape tomatoes, chopped yellow pepper, drained/rinsed black beans, small-diced 1/2 cup red onion and 2 Tbsp. minced jalapenos. In a small bowl, whisk 1/2 tsp grated lime zest, 1/4 c fresh lime juice, 1/4 c olive oil, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/4 tsp cayenne. Pour over tomato mixture. Just before serving, fold in diced avocados.
