Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole salad

4 cups lettuce, romain and iceburg
1/4 cup lime juice
1 avocado
10 tomatoes, grape
1/2 cup cilantro
2 green onions

Recipe Directions for Guacamole salad

  1. Tear up lettuce

  2. juice lime

  3. avocado dice

  4. stem the ciantro and then run a knife through it

  5. slice onions

  6. Mix all together season with salt and pepper

  7. Best eaten the same day, doesn't keep well.
