Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

2 avocados, dark
50 g cilantro leaves
1/2 Jalapeno pepper
1/2 Red onion
1/2 Lemon or 1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Salt and pepper
1 large tomato

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

Put the cilantro, onion, salt and pepper, and jalapeno in a blender or food processor. Chop it chunky. Chop up the tomato separate, blend with avocado in bowl. Add lemon juice (if using lemon, add to food processor above).
