Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 small raw Red Onion
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
0.08 cup Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. 3 avocados, peeled and deseeded and mashed,

  2. 1/2 med. red tomato, diced

  3. 1 small red onion, diced

  4. 1/2 jalepeno pepper, diced

  5. 2 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves, diced

  6. 2-4 tsp lime juice

  7. dash of salt

  8. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Eat with chips.
