This is a fresh guacamole made from Hass avocados. It works best with ripe avocados. It makes some where around 4 to 6 Tbs. of guacamole.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 tsp Onion Powder
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.018 oz Chili Powder
0.018 oz Ground Cumin
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

Slice avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop avocado out of skin and place in a bowl. Mash avocado and add rest of ingredients. Serve.
