2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1 lime yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

Peel and mash avocados. Add diced onions and tomatos. Stir until combined. Stir in cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in lime juice.
