Recipe Ingredients for guacamole

2 avocado,+NS+as+to+Florida+or+California avacados
4 tablespoons white onion
1/2 tomatoe
1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon miracle whip light dressing
1 tablespoon picante hot sauce

Recipe Directions for guacamole

  1. chop onion and tomatoe and mix with avacados

  2. add remaining ingredients

  3. salt and pepper to taste

  4. if you add a teaspoon of lemon juice, it will cut down on turning brown
