guacamole, use ripe avacodos. The Cilantro really makes this tasty. Leave pitts in the dip until it's ready to be served to prevent browning.

Recipe Ingredients for guacamole

2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.1 cup Lime Juice
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for guacamole

mix all together, serve with veggies, add salt and chilli powder to taste.
