1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
8 oz Cilantro
2 grams Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
1 Medium Tomatoes
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
3 serving Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for guacamole

mash peeled and seeded avacado and lime juice. chop tomato, onion, and cilantro. mince garlic. mix all together let chill for half and hour.
