45 grams Jalapeno Pepper
50 grams Onions
140 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 clove Garlic
0.13 cup Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mash avocados.

  2. Finely chop tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, onion.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for an hour to blend flavors.
