Guacamole Recipe

Makes 4 servings



chunky guacamole with a little spice.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

2 avocados
1/8 cup lime juice
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 yellow onion
1/4 green pepper
1 tomato
1/8 tsp chili sauce (I use Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce)
1 salt to taste
1 black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mash avocados.

  2. Finely mince garlic.

  3. Finely dice green pepper and onion into very small pieces.

  4. Remove seeds from tomato, cut into small pieces.

  5. Mix together avocados and lime.

  6. Add garlic, green pepper, onion, chili sauce, salt, and pepper.

  7. Taste, adjust salt and pepper if needed.

  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour,and up to one day.

  9. Mix in tomato pieces.

  10. Enjoy!
