Fresh Guacamole Dip. Serving size 2 Tbls.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 cup chopped raw On The Vine Tomatoes
0.02 medium White Onion
2 cloves, raw Garlic
7 serving Lime Juice
10 serving Sea Salt
15 serving Cilantro leaves

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. 3 Avacados pitted and chopped

  2. 2 medium tomatoes (on the vine) peeled, seeded and chopped

  3. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  4. 1.5 Tablespoons lime juice

  5. 4 Tablespoons chopped white onion

  6. 3 Tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro

  7. 2 garlic Cloves chopped

  8. Mix in a food processor until blended or by hand in a sealed bag. Serve in a bowl. Chill up to 24 hours.
