Guacamole Recipe

Makes 3 servings



Your standard guac. These are big servings - only three for two avocadoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

400 grams avocadoes
3/4 cup 1% sour cream
1/10 lb jalapeno
1/4 lb shallot
2 tsp minced garlic
1 roma tomato, diced and de-seeded
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Smash avocadoes with a potato masher.

  2. Saute jalapeno and shallot and allow to cool.

  3. Stir all ingredients into avocadoes.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap, making contact with the guac.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve with veggie strips, tortilla chips, or spoon onto burritos or chili.
