Fresh and chunky! Serving size: 1/3 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 avocados, halved and pitted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 roma tomato, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp garlic salt, to taste
1 serrano pepper
3 tbsp sour cream

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mash avocado.

  2. Add avocado, serrano pepper, and sour cream to food processor. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add remaining ingredients. Add garlic salt to taste.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
