I have no idea what a 'serving' of guacamole is, this recipe makes 2 cups.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

2 cloves garlic
1 Kosher salt to taste
1/4 cup red onion, minced
1 tbsp jalapeno, minced
2 avocados, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

Use the sides of a knife to smash the garlic against the cutting board. Finely mince the cloves, then apply a pinch of salt to the garlic and use the side of your knife to work the garlic into a paste (the salt acts as an abrasive). Scoop the garlic into a bowl, then add the onion, jalapeno, and avocado and mash until the avocado is pureed, but still slightly chunky. Stir in the lemon juice, and salt to taste.
