Recipe invented by my boyfriend. Tastes excellent!

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole'

3 avocados
1/2 cup red onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons cilantro

Recipe Directions for Guacamole'

  1. Halve the avocados, and dig the pits out. Scoop the insides out, and put the "meat" into a bowl.

  2. Chop part of a red onion up (cut up however much you like); be sure to make it pretty fine.

  3. Chop the garlic; brown it for a minute if you don't want it to be very strong-tasting.

  4. Chop a bit of cilantro (once again, eye up the cilantro- it depends on how much you like it :) ).

  5. Mash the avocados in the bowl

  6. Add the onion, garlic, cilantro, and stir. Then add the lime juice, salt, and anything else you'd like. Enjoy!
