Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

402 grams avacado
38 grams lime juice
3 grams chopped cilantro
9 grams chopped garlic
70 grams chopped onion
50 grams chopped tomato
1 gram black pepper

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Cut open avacados and remove the pits. Scoop out avacado into a large bowl and mash. Add crushed garlic, chopped cilantro, chopped onion, chopped tomato and lime juice. Sprinkle with black pepper and mix.

  2. Hot sauce or peppers are optional.
