Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

1 avocado
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 small tomato, diced and seeded

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mash avocado in bowl.

  2. Add onion, garlic, lime juice and pepper.

  3. Diced tomato and add just before serving.
