Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

1 avocado
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons red pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Peel avocado and remove pit

  2. Place peeled avocado in bowl and add lime juice and apple cider vinegar

  3. Mash with fork until slightly lumpy

  4. Add red pepper, onion, black pepper, and salt
