Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 avocados
1 garlic clove
2 tbs onion
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp jalapeno
1 tomatillo

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Peel and depit the avocados. Put them in a blender with the garlic clove, onion and the chopped tomatillo. Blend until smooth, adding chicken broth until desired consistency.

  2. On a hot skillet sear (blacken) the outside of the jalapeno. When all sides are black, scrape off outside layer and remove seeds. Add it to the blender mixture, blend until smooth.

  3. Serve with chips. We like it with triscuit thin crisps.
