A basic guacamole, full of healthy fats and flavor! Great on turkey or chicken sandwiches or with crackers, tortillas or fajitas.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

400 g. avocado
20 g. Minced Garlic
1/2 t. sea salt
30 g. Organic Salsa
45 g. lime juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mash avacado with salt and lime juice

  2. Add onion, salsa and garlic

  3. Serve immediately

  4. Note: to prevent browning in the fridge. Cover with plastic wrap by placing the plastic directly on the guac.
