Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 green chili peppers, diced
1 tomato, chopped
1 tbsp. Mexican Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Pit avocados and scoop out pulp. Mash pulp coarsely with a fork; blend in lemon juice, garlic, chopped cilantro, green chiles and tomato. Add one mince Jalapeno chile if desired. Season to taste the salt and fresh cracked black pepper.

  2. Serve with chips.
