Killer guacamole from Ina Garten.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 diced avocados
1 large diced tomato
1/2 medium diced red onion
2 Jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup lime juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

Dice up onion, peppers, and tomato into a large bowl. Half avocados, remove pit, scoop flesh and dice. Add to bowl. Add salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice of one lime (about 1/4 cup) over ingredients. Mix well. May require more salt and pepper to taste. Depending on the heat of the peppers, may require hot sauce.
