1 medium Avocado
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon or Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mash avocado and garlic together with a fork.

  2. Mix some lemon or lime juice to flavor the dish.

  3. Guacamole mixture should have a smooth but firm consistency.

  4. You may add a little fresh chili to this recipe, if desired.
