Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

4 avocados
3 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup scallions
1/2 cup cilantro
3 plum tomatoes
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Seed jalapenos and tomatoes, mince.

  2. Place avocados in bowl and smash.

  3. Add juice from limes.

  4. Add finely chopped cilantro.

  5. Add scallions and tomatoes and jalapenos.
