Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

2 avocados
1 garlic clove, minced
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 jalepeno pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt, ground
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Cut avocados in half and scrape flesh into bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. If desired, use a blender or food processor to grind and blend together for a smoother dip.

  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour so all flavors blend together well.

  4. Serve with veggies and/or chips.
