I used Trader Joe's fresh mild salsa. 1 serving is about 1 heaping tablespoon.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

1 avocado
1 tablespoon fresh salsa (no salt)
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Remove the skin and pit of the avocado

  2. Mash the avocado.

  3. Add salsa and lemon juice.

  4. Stir and serve. Store in airtight container and use within 2-3 days.
