simple guacamole - one serving is about 1/4 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 avocado
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup sweet onions
2 tsp chopped jalapenos
1 T lime juice, fresh
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. cut avocados in half and discard pits

  2. scoop avocado meat into flat bowl

  3. mash with potato masher

  4. add rest of ingredients and mix gently

  5. cover and refrigerate or serve immediately

  6. may decrease jalapeno if too spicy
