Fresh homemade guacamole is always best!

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 avocado,+NS+as+to+Florida+or+California avacados
1 red onion, chopped
1 pepper jalapeno
1 salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mash avacados with back of fork, but don't get rid of lumps altogether. Add onions and jalapenos (be careful not to get any jalapeno juice in eye or on membranes such as inside nose). Mix thoroughly. Add lime juice and garlic podwer and mix. Add salt to taste and mix.

  2. Chill to allow flavours to blend or serve immediately for freshest flavour.

  3. Cilantro can be chopped finely and added (which I love) but many people dislike.
