Yummy guacamole. We always get compliments when we bring this to parties!

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

3 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1.5 oz Peppers, Jalapeno
0.5 grams Coriander Seed
1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon Oil vegetable
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

  1. Mince avocados and tomato. Stir in all other ingredients. You may need to add more salt to taste. It's best to start with not much salt and then add as needed.

  2. Note: the amount of jalapeno should be 1T, but you can adjust to get more or less spice. Pickled jalapenos add an extra layer to the flavor. Ground coriander is what really makes this guac recipe extra great, though. Enjoy!

  3. P.S. If you actually have leftovers, to keep your guacamole from going brown, place a layer of plastic wrap directly on the top of the guacamole, making sure there's as little air as possible in between. This is the best way to reduce the oxidation that makes the guacamole gross and brown!
