1 cup, cubes Avocados
61 1/2 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
3 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

smash avacado, add small diced red onion and tomato, sprinkle on garlic power and salt and mix all together. Serve with veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.
