A nice guacamole, to use as a dip or to put on your burrito.

Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole

1 cup, pureed Avocados
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red

Recipe Directions for Guacamole

De-skin the tomato and take the seeds out. Chop up the onion, chilli pepper and garlic. Scoop the avocados into the bowl. Use a mixer (if you want it smooth) or a potato masher to make the guacamole. Add salt and pepper to taste.
