Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole (Perfect)

2 avocados, skins and pits removed
1 tomato, medium, diced
1/3 c. red onion, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Guacamole (Perfect)

  1. Mash the avocados, add the remaining ingredients, serve well, and serve.

  2. To store, place plastic wrap directly on top of the guacamole, so no air can get at it.
