Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole with Mango

2 avocados
1/4 cup finely diced white onion
3/4 cup finely diced plum tomatoes
1 tablespoon serrano chiles, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup mango, small diced
1/4 cup jicama, small diced
30 grams (2 tablespoons) adobo sauce chipotle (puree)
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional depending on the avocado ripeness

Recipe Directions for Guacamole with Mango

  1. In a medium bowl add the avocado and smash it down with a fork until it is smooth but has some small chunks.

  2. Add onion, tomato, serrano, cilantro, lemon, mango, and jicama and toss until ingredients incorporate evenly.
