Recipe Ingredients for Guacamole Low Fat

260 grams Peas, Green
150 grams Avocados
100 grams Plum Tomato
32 grams Onions
61 grams Yogurt
5 grams Garlic
1 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Guacamole Low Fat

  1. Place drained peas in a medium bowl and mash thoroughly with a potato masher or fork.

  2. Add all other ingredients except for the tomatoes, onions and optional items. Continue to mash until blended.

  3. Stir in the tomatoes, onions and, if you like, some chopped cilantro and/or jalapenos. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if needed.
