Recipe Ingredients for G's tangy stir fry

1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 onion
4 cups raw broccoli
1/3 cup honey mustard
1/3 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for G's tangy stir fry

  1. HEAT a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Stir-fry chicken over high heat until well browned, about 5 min. Transfer to bowl.

  2. ADD vegetables to skillet. Stir-fry 2 min. until crisp tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. STIR in chicken. Heat to boiling. Cook 3 min.

  4. SERVE over rice if desired.
