14 1/2 oz (411 g) diced tomatoes
12 oz (340 g) fat free refried beans
4 tablespoons hot salsa
11 oz (311 g) canned corn
18 oz (510 g) raw broccoli, shredded
4 tablespoons (60 g) reduced fat sour cream

Mix all ingredients. Use pre-shredded broccoli from the salad aisle. Add chicken breast or cheese if desired.
