Recipe Ingredients for Gruyere & Spinach Scramble

1 cloves, raw Garlic
1 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 large Egg, White
1 large Squash, Zucchini, Baby
2 cups Organic Baby Spinach
8 grams Gruyere

Recipe Directions for Gruyere & Spinach Scramble

  1. Start by searing zucchini slices, and add the chopped green onions and garlic once nearly cooked through.

  2. Then add 2 tablespoons water and the spinach to the pan. Once the spinach starts to wilt, add 2 egg whites and one whole egg. Stir occassionally until the eggs are full cooked through.

  3. Add a sprinkle of gruyere cheese on top and then it is ready to serve.

  4. For added flavor, chop up a turkey sausage to the mix. Bon appetite!
