Recipe Ingredients for Gruyere & Spinach Scramble

1 large Egg, Whole
25 grams Egg, White
25 grams Egg, White
85 g Organic Baby Spinach

Recipe Directions for Gruyere & Spinach Scramble

Start by searing zucchini slices, and add the chopped green onions and garlic once nearly cooked through. Then add 2 tablespoons water and the spinach to the pan. Once the spinach starts to wilt, add 2 egg whites and one whole egg. Stir occassionally until the eggs are full cooked through. Add a sprinkle of gruyere cheese on top and then it is ready to serve. For added flavor, chop up a turkey sausage to the mix. Bon appetite!
