Recipe Ingredients for Grouper and New Potatoes with Dill Sauce

1/4 cup Original Miracle Whip
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
1 pound new potatoes, halved
12 oz grouper fillets, cooked per recipe, net from 16 fresh fish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe Directions for Grouper and New Potatoes with Dill Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine Miracle Whip, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, and dill; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to mellow.

  2. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, 15 minutes.

  3. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, brush with lime juice. Broil 4-5 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side.

  4. Place on individual serving plates with potatoes on the side. Spoon on dill sauce and serve.
