Recipe Ingredients for Ground Venison Breakfast Casserole

1 lb venison
1 tbsp sage
1 tsp salt
16 crescent rolls reduced fat
4 oz cream cheese fat free
6 eggs (beaten)

Recipe Directions for Ground Venison Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.

  2. Brown venison with seasonings or cook in microwave, drain. Mix in cream cheese until melted. Cool slightly and stir in eggs.

  3. Roll 1 can of crescent rolls flat in a 9x13 in. baking dish/pan. Spread meat mixture over rolls. Roll 2nd can of rolls over the top. Bake 30 minutes.
