1 lb ground turkey,93% fat-free
10 ounce diced tomatoes
15 ounce green beans,reduced sodium
14 ounce corn,reduced sodium
8 ounce tomato sauce,reduced sodium

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey and Veggies

  1. Brown your ground turkey.Drain and wash the fat off of it and return it to your pan.

  2. Combine the diced tomatoes,green beans,corn and tomato sauce with the meat and simmer until hot all the way through.

  3. Season to your taste with what every you want.

  4. Serve over your favorite pasta.
