Recipe Ingredients for Ground Turkey Taco Salad


Ground Turkey Taco Salad:
1/2 lb ground turkey,lean
1 tsp olive oil
1 onion,white
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper,fresh ground
1/4 cup enchilada sauce
1/2 cup canned corn,no salt
1/4 cup black olives
1 head lettuce,shredded

Recipe Directions for Ground Turkey Taco Salad

  1. Sweat onions, garlic and kosher salt in med sized sauce pan over medium heat. Add ground turkey spices and enchilada sauce, olives and corn.

  2. 1 Chill overnight or serve warm

  3. Add 1/4 cup of meat mixture to a 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce

  4. Top with your favorite dressing and/or toppings
